42 Digital Business Solutions GmbH as speaker and presenter on the conference organised by The Bavarian Employers’ Associations for the Metalworking and Electrical Industries.
42DBS was invited by the Bavarian Employers’ Associations for the Metalworking and Electrical Industries (https://www.baymevbm.de/baymevbm/Home/index.jsp) to participate as an exhibitor and hold a presentation on Internal Process Digitization via Software solutions on the Personalkongress IT – the conference for HR and IT Managers in Bavaria´s Mid-size and Large companies. There were about 300 visitors, with high-level company representatives from HR and IT departments from the largest electrical and metalworking companies in Bavaria and several mid-size companies that represent the backbone of German industry.
The presentation was focused on digitizing and automating redundant processes within an internal organization, such as basic HR processes, invoice management, quality management and risk management processes, which improve operational performance, reduce human errors and reduce the burden on employees.
