Aleksander Žejn
CTO
Alexander is a true master of analysis and execution in the field of IT. With his expertise and experience, he leads the technology team to continuously develop and implement innovative solutions. His precision and analytical approach ensure that technology solutions are effective and reliable. At the same time, his warm and joking nature contributes to a pleasant working environment. Alexander is someone who pushes the boundaries of technological challenges with ease.
Martina Posušen
CPO
Martina not only manages the project team, but is also a true master of matching aspirations and capacities. Her ability to coordinate successfully allows us to deliver each project with style and efficiency. She is an expert in agility, which enables her to ensure that our clients always receive the best. Martina is the driving force that leads the team to top results.
Jan Baksa Lesjak
Executive Director
Jan brings his outstanding leadership skills to lead the German team of 42DBS GmbH in Munich. He brings 14 years of experience in a global company that is one of the two leading global corporations in the TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification services) segment. Among others, he has experience in international business between Asia, Europe and the USA, and his main task is to establish a presence and operations in the DACH markets in the EU for the Zein Group and to scale up the business and operations to a global level.
